Retreat Details

  • Included in the Registration

    Two and a half fun-filled days of stitching with friends in the beautiful Island Ballroom.  There will be 6 stitchers per table so that everyone has ample room to stretch out.  Each table will include power should you need it for your devices and/or additional light, however the lighting in the ballroom is quite good. 

    Ice water, freshly brewed Starbuck’s coffee both decaffeinated and regular and hot water, assorted Tazo tea and all the condiments will be provided.  Thursday evening, we will have an ice cream social as a special sweet treat to kick off the weekend.  On Friday and Saturday lunch will be provided in Dusty’s Bistro, the on-site restaurant.

    We will have games, door prizes raffles, exclusive stitchy surprises, a swag bag and so much more!

  • Travel Arrangements / Accomodations

    Attendees must make their own travel arrangements including, but not limited to, airfare, transportation to and from the airport, and booking their own guest room. 
    The Sheraton Sand Key is conveniently located to both the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and the Tampa International Airport (TPA). 

  • Cancellation Policy

    Should you need to cancel, you will need to do so no later than Friday, November 24, 2023, to receive a refund.  After that date the registration fee will be non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled, there will be no exceptions. To cancel, please send me an email.

Resort Details

  • We have secured a room block at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. The resort sits right on the Gulf of Mexico in Clear Water Beach, Florida. We've been able to negotiated a discounted rate of $309.00++ per night for retreat attendees. Included in the room cost are passes for the Clearwater Jolley Trolley for up to four (4) people per paid guest room. The group rate cut-off date is January 22, 2024. After that date, the rate and guest rooms may no longer be available . The first nitghts deposit will be taken at the time of booking. If you decide to cancel your room reservation, you must do so 48 hours prior to check-in to receive the refund of the deposit.

  • There are two ways to book your hotel rooms. You can book directly through our special reservation link below or you can call the hotel directly at (727) 593-6060 and ask for "in-house reservations". When making your room reservation please use the name "Stacie Stitches Cross-Stitch Retreat 2024" or give the group code: STC. If the in-house reservations managers are on the other line or if it is night/weekends oustide normal business hours, you will be transferred to central reservations, which is an off-property call center.   • If you would like to book any pre or post dates outside the contracted block (February 22nd- 24th) you would need to do so by calling the hotel directly at (727)593-6060. Please note the group rate may not be available on those dates, and you will be quoted the best available rate at the time, if guest rooms are still available.
